Privacy Policy
AHORA (“the Shop”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (“the Services”).

Article 9 (Suspension of Use, etc.)
If the Shop is requested by the user to suspend the use or delete personal information (“Suspension, etc.”) due to it being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use or acquired by fraudulent means, the Shop will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
If the Shop determines, based on the investigation, that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Shop will promptly carry out the Suspension, etc.
The Shop will notify the user without delay when such Suspension, etc., is performed or when a decision is made not to perform it.
Notwithstanding the above, if Suspension, etc., involves excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, alternative measures will be taken where necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests.
Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Policy will be reviewed and improved as necessary while complying with Japanese laws and other regulations concerning the handling of personal information.
Except where otherwise specified by laws or in this Policy, the Shop may revise this Policy without notifying users.
Unless otherwise specified by the Shop, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
